Web Developer
Serena joined our team in 2005, having completed a web development diploma at Natcoll. Since then, she has become highly proficient at just about everything we do. Much of her time is spent doing web development, however she also manages some of our key clients and is consolidating her project management skills. She also provides much of the support services for Capella, including running regular training sessions.
Serena is able to draw from her extensive knowledge of IBDG's systems and software to provide you with informed support; she's also approachable and can communicate technical information without 'speaking geek'. In her free time she enjoys photography and netball.

| A. | Yes, we regularly consult with people who are considering online ventures. We provide an initial 1 hour consultation with no charge or obligation. |

| A. | We run our own servers and can provide all services related to your website, domain names and email. If you would like us to work with your existing providers, we can do this also. |
